Review: While staying at the Guest Inn, I noticed mice. The problem was reported to the manager at which point he denied the possibility. Finally an opportunity came to show him the presence of one of the three mice seen. He said there was nothing he could do about it and that we were free to leave. He would not refund us our money and did not seem to care about our concerns. There are also some rooms occupied by up to 6 people. The place is over occupied and has a serious rodent issue. I have photographs of one of the mice.Desired Settlement: An entire refund for the time my mom and I stayed there.
