Guest House Hotel & Suite

First of all this customer was not at all charged any pet feesOur hotel only excepts guide and companion dogsWe normally do charge a cleaning fee, because we have to have a company come in to properly clean the carpets and bed due to guest that come with allergiesShe stayed two night with her animals and was charged nothing for them since it was such a huge problem for herWe are not going to refund anything back for the room because they stayed here and used our facility

On Behalf  of the hotel these guests have been coming to our hotel and harassing our front desk . breaking our computers breaking our video camera TV on multiple occasions . we are on our second computer and it is broken already they come days (abby) works and will taunt her call her names...

cause a scene follow her around when she is in breakfast room .  the people who are coming in are not the guest who were  on the room . so we there for can not refund them any money , when we told them because they were not listed on room they wouldn't be given a refund they started to get angry shouting yelling cursing asking for management . management was contacted , but AGAIN our policy is we will not refund someone money if they are not the one who is listed as the guest to the room. we have made multiple calls to the Portland police and they have been notified about the situation. we have video proof of them coming and damaging property.
