Guerrero Paint and Resurface

we did some work for gerardo *** company back in november and gerardo paid me with a check. Later, the check came back to have bounced and the company where I cashed it charged me for the original amount of the check plus fees. I called Gerardo to inform him about the issue and agreed to pay me the amount to settle the case with the bank. To this day he has not paid the money and I was informed that he has multiple cases involving bad checks.
He gets people to work for him, then pays them in bad checks and cancels payments.
Later those people are charged for those totals and he blocks the numbers so they can not call him anymore.
