the move by the shipper had a $500 deductable.  C) Leavy Moving and Storage picked up 2 night tables in New Jersey, 1 week later at no charge. Therefore we are sorry to inform you that your claim was denied, which was also told to you by Jim Leavy.here...

 "A" is not correct.  They did not pack most of the shipment but they did pack the glass for the table that is in question.  I did take out an insurance policy with a deductible.  Leavy did pick up two night tables.  They never told me that my claim was being denied.  Their driver told me to call the office and advise about the damage.  I did so.  I was told to get an estimate and that they would reimburse me.  I got the estimate, sent it to them and awaited my reimbursement.  The only response I had was that they were sorry for the delay and that the check would go out that day.  I have sent you this correspondence fro Leavy.  They also lost a step stool which they simply can't find and picked up at my home but never delivered to my new apartment.

Upon further investigation, and reopening the claim, we Leavy Moving and Storage were notified by the insurance company that [redacted] did infact have additionalinsurance. However it was with a $500 deductable. Thus the reason the claim was denied due to the fact the claim itself was for the amount of $124.        After review, we regretfully inform you again that the claim has been denied. If need be I can provide copy of Bill of Ladin where the insurance is signed and the $500 deductable is also initialed by [redacted]. Thank you for your help in this matter
