Review: I sent my watch in to be repair and I though it was covered under warranty, it was not. I called to have gucci send it back to me and they instructed me that I had to send a request via email and someone correspond with me that way. I sent the email on Oct. 30,2015 requesting that they send my watch back and updated them with an address. I have not heard anything back from them via email nor phone that they were sending my watch back out, A week elasped and I called and was informed that my watch was sent out, the watch was delivered and signed for by someone other then me because to date I have not received the watch nor as anyone in my house hold signed for it.Desired Settlement: I would like for my watch to be sent to me, they can send me another unrepaired watch, I just want my watch
