Guardwell Cell Stor & Mail

I ordered 2 Guardwell face protectors late July and was supposed to receive via ***. As of late August, the tracking email from *** said package would arrive at my house by end of day, Fri 8/21. On 8/22 I called ***, with no resolution, and greenwell with even less resolution. The fact of the matter, this seems like a scam as I keep being told that it's at my regional post office or that I should receive by today or Monday.............................Neither Greenwell nor *** has given me an explanation as to where my package is or when I'll get it.......................thanks
