to Ms*** concerns. The response to Ms*** concerns are as follows: 1. Our employee *** explained initially to Ms*** that she could not provide an explanation of why her bill was so much higher for the billing period in question but she would request a reread of the meter and call her once she received the reread. *** did not receive the reread from the property until Novemeber 3rd. 2. The reread was taken on 10/30/and the meter read 17288. The billing read on 10/was 17167. This confirmed that the read on 10/was correct and not read or entered incorrectly.3. The property requested that Guardian issue a credit of $200.00. The credit was issued as a one time courtesy due to the fact that the resident was current and a good customer.4. The property
is offering to have the meter sent out for calibration. If the calibration is not correct Ithe account will receive a credit. If the meter passes the service check the resident will be responsible for the charge to check the meter. Please let me know if there are any additional questions or concerns

meters are read each month and billed based onusade and the water rate set by mincipality. The additional $5.00 maintenance fee charge included on the residents bill, is bllled based on the properties request. Please let me know if any additional information is required.
