DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I rented a spot for almost TWENTY YEARS only for them to *** me with UNOFFICIAL UNWRITTEN rules by breach of their contract. I was not provided with a new contract and was singled out. They tell you that you are renting the WHOLE space only for them to tell you "you can't keep that there" to force you to rent another space. *** I rent the spot for less because of my older membership in hopes I leave (so they can rent the spot for more). They change their rules specifically for me, "you can't keep sheds now, only vehicles", Ok I got rid of the sheds. THEN they try to get rid of my trailer?? Which is road safe with a license plate, going COMPLETELY against their rules. ***.

You received a new copy of our agreement when you came to our office and we contacted back in June- you as you are not following our guidelines as outlined in the new contract you were provided back on the 10th of June.
We told you also on that date you are 3 feet over of your parking space. We offered you an additional storage unit as well for the excess of sheds that was over your parking spot.
You are not agreeing to the terms of our agreement, and we wish you best in finding a new parking spot.
