Guardian Resort Relief

Guardian Resort Relief appears to be a one person operation ***. *** indicated that she could help us transfer our timeshare in Hilton Head SC. We signed a contract with the company and paid her $1,000.00. The contract calls for the return of fees if the company cannot perform. She called a few times then stopped all communications and has failed to return multiple attempts at contact. The toll free number is not working. The other number is a cell that goes to her voicemail (recognize her voice), but never get a return call.

For several years my Timeshare was a nightmare. I was not able to book anything not even on my banked week. Then I became disabled, due to a very bad accident that had left me in a wheelchair. I tried to find a company to help me do something about it. Most of them told me that I couldn't afford the fees it would take to deal with my nightmare. I rate Guardian's customer service as top notch and I would refer Guardian to all of my family and friends. Today I am free of all of my worries of leaving my son with this crazy type of debt.
