Review: On 11/01/14 / Guardian Parking Management Valet parking employee examined my car exterior and seen no damage and wrote down no damages and parked my car. On 11/02/14 Guardian Parking Management Parking employee brought my car from parking with damages he notated on parking slip my car was damaged under their care. I spoke with [redacted] one of the V.P. of company on 11/02/14 as well he spoke with employee who attested to the car being damaged by their personnel, took picture of damage, filled out an accident/incident report and assured me my car would be repaired. I submitted a quote to him from West Broad Collision Center for the repair. [redacted] V.P. stated his company don't trust the estimates of [redacted] from previous experiences his company had with them. I said okay and submitted him a second estimate from [redacted] today is April 6, 2015 they refuse to return my calls. On April6,2015 I received a text from [redacted] stating he turned in the paper work and I need to keep calling the owner. My car has not been repaired and I haven't spoken to anyone from his company and today is April, 06, 2015.Desired Settlement: For them to repair my car and furnish me a rental car while my car is being repaired. Their staff know my car was damaged under their care and I know it was as well as their own V.P. [redacted]
