I found an ad for them on Facebook. I wanted to look into it but not ready to make a commitment. Someone named Jean kept trying to contact me by phone,email, and text. I informed them that I was not quit ready and I would contact them again when I was. They kept calling and sending texts. Then got very rude. I will not be using the company and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Review: I'm in a debt relief program under Lifeline beginning June 2012 through May 2017 (36 mos.). I was told initially while settlement process is ongoing I needed to make monthly payments of $204.00 plus $49 fees towards the settlement target of 60% or $7,327 of the debt in an account designated for the settlement payout.

I called Lifeline six months ago to inquire about the settlement balance and my intent to pay it off. They told me I would still be charged for the fees even if I pay the settlement balance off.

Now, my creditors have notified me that my debts have been discharged or forgiven 100%, I'm still paying and required to continue to pay the 60% settlement.

I don't think I should be paying for debts that have been settled.

Please, any thoughts or actions will be very appreciated.
