First of all this seeming was sagging and have been leaking for years before I came out to fix itTherefore I don't feel like I am liable for the rafters and sheetrock due to neglect.Secondly, their leaks were fixed for a good while and when I come out and put a water hose on the flat roof area it
does not leak and I explained that they have two valleys above the flat roof that are leaking and that they need to be tore out and replaced correctlyI don't feel whenever I put water on the roof and it does not leak that I should be held liable when their problems are uphill from the flat roofHowever, in lieu of having this complaint on my record I will respond within a five-day period and see what I can do to help them out
