Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were always able to reject any counter offer they received. We have never been angry with them and we're sorry if they misunderstood the offer / counter offer process. Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were very important to us and remain so.

We will look for someone else to help us. We lost the loan company because the loan officer and [redacted] are friends. We don't want to mess us there friendship. If the seller does counter offer for more money. I feel we should have the right to reject it. [redacted] told me that we were not going to find a better deal than this in the neighborhood. The house still needed work that we would have to hire some one to fix the patio, take the tree stump out that the owner had already tried to do. They left a stump standing that is about three foot tall. Two bedrooms need repainted. I am sorry,but the house was not worth $207,000 or more. The air conditioner is old looking. That cost a lot to replace and you have to have a good AC for the Valley summer heat. I just did not feel that [redacted] was working for out Better Interest. I have nothing against [redacted] or his company. If I feel a house is not ,worth it then I don't feel I should be forces into taking it just because [redacted] though it was a good deal. It would make him more commission money. I am sure somebody will pay those people for that house the price they think it is worth. We like the house,but not for the amount they wanted to sell it for. It needed work. I have heart problems and have had cancer. I can't do the work. I can't afford to pay anyone to do it.

Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] were very important to us and we had their best interest in mind during the entire process. The Stanleys were always able to reject any and all Counter Offers and they did so on more than one occasion. Any issue the Stanleys have had with their Lender is strictly between the Stanleys and the Lender. We wish nothing but the best for Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] moving forward.
