Guadie Developments LLC engaged in unscrupulous/unethical/immoral business practices by defrauding me of a five-figure dollar amount that I paid as a deposit for construction services. Despite my honoring the Construction Contract in paying the deposit, the business rendered construction and renovation services for ONLY 6 days over a 7 week span - for what was supposed to be an 8 week project! Needless to say, I terminated the contract and tried to amicably resolve the matter by simply requesting a pro-rata refund of my deposit but the business went AWOL and evaded my numerous calls and texts, promised to repay me and then conveniently disappeared again. To add insult to injury, the property was left in shambles as no construction debris was removed from the interior and exterior of the property for weeks on end. Buyer beware! ***).
