GTT Communications

Worse company ever. I have had a 10G service with them since Feb 2021 and it goes down every few weeks. It take them a week to fix it then it goes down again. These outages have caused me a lot of stress and caused a reduction of income for my business. Also I try to contact my account manager and he NEVER replies to my emails. I can't find anybody at GTT that cares enough to talk to me about my account. Using GTT was the worse decision I have ever made. VERY VERY BAD Company.
