GTS Towing

My car was towed by GTS Towing in early January after an accident. The car was with GTS towing for two days. During that time, GTS Towing removed the 700 speakers out of my trunk and did not return them. We know this, because 1)there is no handle to open my trunk from the outside 2)the trunk button on the inside of the car does not work, therefore, the only way to open the trunk is via the key, which was kept by GTS. The car was then towed to Caliber Collision. Upon original inspection, there were no speakers in the car upon arrival. When confronting GTS, I am told to “try and come at him” and that “he’s not scared of cops”. There have been multiple complaints about theft from this business.

Towing service am to tow my car from my garage. In the process the tow truck destroyed the floor of my garage causing $600 worth of damage. Ultimately, this was reported to his insurance and the owner lied about it ever happening! He was not even the tow truck driver and he lied about that too.
