GS Novak Floor Sanding

Review: GS Novak was hired to stain and finish my floors in December 2013. The job was completed toward the middle part of the month. The steps leading to the garage were not finished and a few problems with drips and bad applications in various parts of the house were quickly acknowledged and reported to the owner [redacted]. The problems and steps were all supposed to be completed shortly after the new year. [redacted] has been avoiding my calls. When he does return any call, he sets up a date to fix the problems and does not show up. He does not call to reschedule or at least give a courtesy call to come another day. This has happened at least 3-4 times over the past 3 months. He is very nice but, the word "unprofessional" is an understatement.Desired Settlement: GS Novak's actions have made it very clear they do not plan on coming back to my home to repair the damages and steps. I will now have to hire another specialist to come in and completed the job GS Novak did not. These repairs/finishes will cost approximately $1000....
