We do have a record of this job so it is one of ours. [redacted] does remember having a conversation with the customer and although unfortunate, she is most probably correct.  [redacted] did attempt to get pictures from the technician ([redacted]) who did the job but it was just after hed gotten...

his last check that he quit showing up for work. We have tried many times since to contact him but it is believed he went back to Minnesota. Because of that pictures were never sent.   I have not gotten a call from Ms [redacted] so this ws a surprise and I would have dealt with it directly bunt am thankful that this process allows us to be responsible  for whatever did not get done.   There were several things on her invoice that were done as she does not seem to be complaint about the wood repair or the flashing. We are upset that this happened and in the end we are the ones that are responsible for our contractors. I would be happy to refund 1350.00  to satisfy our client.  We can only apologize for this shortcoming. we have been in business almost 30 years and this is the first time we have ever had a complaint.
