driveway, however, the customer is requesting for G’s Landscape and Concrete Solutions LLC to replace the driveway in it’s entirety.  After inspecting the driveway, It is not necessary to replace the driveway in its entirety, however, G’s Landscape and Concrete Solutions LLC is willing to tare out and replace a pad on the driveway where the problem exists per customer satisfaction.  G’s Landscape and Concrete Solutions LLC has informed the customer that this is the step we plan on taking to resolve the issue, and have informed the customer that due to injury and weather there has been a delay with the project getting done in a timely fashion. Being a small concrete/landscape company, the matter of injury and weather play a big part in fulfilling certain projects, I would hope the customer would understand this.  We have sent several emails, and have kept the customer informed of the issues that have arisen as quickly as possible.  We understand the frustration of the customer and have every intention to complete the project we have discussed with a deadline of April 31, 2017 (weather permitting of course).George & Angela G[redacted]G’s Landscape and Concrete Solutions LLC[redacted]
