In late September I called GRT Financial regarding my account and talked to
Pamela D. client representative. I found her to be very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. She is indeed an asset to the company.

Lamar was a most helpful distinguished well spoken agent to work with today he was very considerate polite and efficient.
I have been with GRT for the past three years and nothing but good things have happen for me. After 50 years I have been able to save ??. At the end of this month I will turn 78 years old. Right now life is good.

I have been with GRT for some time now, a little over 3 years and I had a total of 56,000 dollars in debt over 26 different accounts and I was paying 2400 per month trying to stay afloat. I finally gave up and called GRT where everything was explained to me. I knew it was going to get rocky with collection agencies and lawyers and it did, (and they put up with me yelling at them) but with the money I was saving I was able to pay off some collectors and GRT took care of the rest. remember the more money you put in the more they are able to pay. there was times I wanted to quit and file bankruptcy but I didn't. I followed the path and now I only have 1 account that isn't settled. I can finally say I see the light at the end of the tunnel and it isn't a train! THANK YOU GRT!

... the Readers Digest Version....... I can live again, with a renewed purpose. As a disabled veteran and all the help from others, I just couldn't do it any more...... Twenty-two years at 23% compounding....... It was I that was taken advantage of...........I was politely contacted by GRT......and in the course of one morning and 2 cups of coffee, and working with an exceptional staff of people who C A R E.......I am a new man with hope........Like Miss Tereas said to me so eloquently...we can help stop the "bleeding"......and ..... as a team.....they did. So I work for a collections agency and a representative from this company called and asked to try and settle an account. We informed this Representative we need to submit and call them back with answer of approval or denial. Since February 6th I have called 13 times. Left messages all 13 times to have my call returned being promised it would happen with 48 hours. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told NO. As a consumer I would not retain this company as the prolong the settlement process. Probably charging monthly fees. It is a Joke to have to chase down A so called professional company just to speak to them on if a settlement is approved or not approved. Would not recommend to anyone.
Gary, could you please respond with the name of your company and the account you are calling about? It would be very unusual for our team not to respond to multiple voicemails, and even more unusual for you to be unable to reach anyone that many times. Perhaps you are calling the direct line of someone who no longer works for us? Please call our general line at 800-811-5721 and ask to speak to a manager.
I have received several letters from this debt collections company claiming I need to respond to the letter. I have never reached out to these people/company for any services. I know how to pay my bills on time and know how to negotiate my own debts down as I have done it before in the past. I called a rep and told them to remove my number and address from their system and they hung up on me.
We have a strict do not call policy. If you call and ask to be removed, we will not contact you again. If an agent has been rude to you, please call back and ask to speak to a supervisor.
