I purchased a PH monitor from Growtronix, It never worked properly and they refused to replace itI originally purchased a control system including a PH probe and sensor in April 2013. The probe never worked properly and drifted. I tried to get the company to replace it, they refused and had me to send it back which I did. They recalibrated it and sent it back the same day and did not keep it long enough to see the drift issue. They have since refused to replace it and now are saying it is my problem. We are unable to offer refunds on products especially after such a long period of time has gone by. We are unable to resell hardware once it has left our facility due to the pathogens that are common in garden environments. If you'd like we can likely help you sell the item used. By using the wizard, it will not even give me a reading when I am finished, only a line. I have to play with the manual adjustments moving it up and down to even get a reading, and it maxes out about 1.0 less average than my handheld which is very stable. I removed it from my system since it has been basically useless since it arrived. I want to send it back and either get a replacement or a refund. Please send me an RMA as soon as possible. We certainly can test it here but it might be best to run a couple tests first to see if we can determine what is going on. Also a chart showing the last couple of days will be helpful as I can get a better idea of how it's behaving. I have calibrated it multiple times using 7.0 and 4.0 and it still drifts. Today for instance, it went from a min of 4.8 to a max of 7.5 in 2 hours and 20 minutes, while my handheld stays very steady. Could I please send it back to you for a replacement or for you to at least see if it will work for you? There is no way I would trust this to run an automatic adjustment policy. What is your way of working? Do I need a RMA? Everything else has been perfect, it is an amazing system. Thank you,[redacted] On Apr 29, 2013, at 10:53, "Growtronix" wrote:
