Growthmade Growth Journal posted an ad on Instagram stating that their journals were free, however, the customer had to pay shippingI placed this order with them on February **, I received confirmation that my order had been received along with an order number, but now estimated shipping dateBecause it's been almost a month, I tried to contact this company by clicking their contact information on their website [redacted] It went to the email address [redacted] and bounced back I tried another email address that said [redacted] , but this email bounced back as well I've sent them messages on [redacted] I see that someone has seen them because if someone has seen your messages on [redacted] , there's a checkmark next to themTheir store is through [redacted] I even emailed them at [redacted] and was advised that they had nothing to do with who sold what on their siteI've asked for the product or my money back to no avail
