Customer service is nonexistent. They never answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. I have filed complaint with the Indiana BBB.

THREE WEEKS AFTER MY INITIAL ORDER AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY FIRST ORDER WILL NOT SHIP OUT UNTIL THE 30TH OF MAY. THEY ARE SO FAR BEHIND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE- NOT COVID RELATED- THAT IT AS IF THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO CALL THEM. IF YOU NEED PLANTS SOONER THAN A MONTH YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER ELSEWHERE.

After talking with *** and our processing bank, it appears we do in fact owe her a refundThe refund will be completed within the next business days*** is aware and has agreed with our findings***
This letter is in reply to a complain we received
from you regarding *** ***, complaint #*** dated February 20, 2018.First, allow me to say how sorry we are that ***
is going through all this regarding her order #*** placed on 10/1/2017.*** states that we do not return emails
and that
this was a fraudulent charge to her credit cardWe do not feel this is the caseWhen she first
contacted us about her order, we had UPS track it and they had proof of it being delivered to ***'s address,
the same one that was on her orderSo, we cannot refund an order that had been
placed and delivered to the address on the orderThen *** told the CC card company that it was fraudulentWhen they asked us
for details, and we had proof of delivery, they found that it was in fact a good charge and they did not return ***'s
moneyNow moreover, she has left
the same discouraging comments on our Facebook page.We cannot say who really ordered it; however, it
all originated and ended at the same homeMaybe someone else in her home
ordered the plants and used her cardI wish she had just called and talked to
usI have even mentioned the same in response to her Facebook post, I have yet
to talk with*** .So, we cannot in good conscience refund an order where
there are such discrepanciesFeel free to contact me with
