Ryan H, the business owner, will not guarantee to work agreed to in the invoice. In fact, he will send you text messages indicating a different plan than was even spoken of in person. His workers put in a 1 piece paver patio when we paid half up front for a 3 piece patio design with the belief that he would also take out the existing concrete slab. All of the correct plans were in the invoice we agreed to when we gave him our credit card info. Therefore, with 3 piece pavers being more expensive than 1-piece, we were charged more than the patio job was actually worth. He did not provide the workmanship warranty as promised. His trailer is illegal, as it is not registered and is used on SC state roads. He was trying to take too big of a load with his truck, so he dragged part of the trailer down my driveway, causing a long gouge. He refused to provide me proof of insurance following a statement that he in , following a damaged driveway. I had to apologize in order for him to finish the work, with his threats of coming to my house and tearing everything up and putting a lien on my property. Incredibly bad customer service experience, harassment on my review, and I should not need to increase security measures on my property with the fear of property damage. I have the driveway incident on camera where he knew he was causing damage and got back into his vehicle and continued.
Product_Or_Service: 3 Piece paver patio

Other (requires explanation) I would like half of the money back that I paid for the project. The driveway damage is inexcusable and will not come out.
The customer originally wanted 3
Piece pavers but I explained to her via text that to
Give her a price reduction we would need to leave the concrete & use 6x9s. Her first quote for this job was $9,000. I charged her $3,998.
She directed my crews on where she wanted her fire pit placed and saw the work being performed everyday. She never said anything about the paver size until after the job was complete and it was time to pay. I offered to buff out the scratch in her drive and she declined. I already deducted $100 off her bill.
I am not going to refund any of her money because she agreed to the patio and it is done properly. She has a lifetime manufacturers warranty and a one year installation warranty.
If she would like to take down all the post attacking me then I will give her $300 additional dollars.
Thanks for all your help.
At this point, I would like $800 back and I want it known to people that he does NOT have a license (per the department of labor) and he does NOT have insurance. That is very important.
Good evening, I have insurance and I'm licensed in the cities I work in. Paver contractors aren't required to have a contractors license in SC.
She won't receive anything from me now.
