was not water the first week and he has a large dog who did damage as well.  Soon after that, we experienced heavy rains which did more damage.  We went back and reseeded the lawn again.  Heavy rains washed it away again.  At this point he consumer called and was very belligerent and threatening to my wife.  I am waiting to hear back from my lawyer and I will be taking this consumer to court for this and other issues.
