Groundwork Mortgage representative.  Being a locally owned, St. Louis base company, customer service is extremely important.  We strive to provide our customers, and anyone who visits our website with the best possible experience.Groundwork Mortgage's direct dial telephone number is [redacted].  Unfortunately, due to an administrative website inaccuracy, which has since been corrected, the telephone number [redacted] was listed as the Groundwork Mortgage telephone number.  Because the area code was entered inaccurately on the website, the Complainant was receiving telephone calls on her personal telephone.Groundwork Mortgage has spoken with the Complainant and explained that the website has been updated with the correct information and she should not receive telephone calls in the future.  The Complainant was satisfied with the outcome.Groundwork Mortgage considers this a closed matter at this time.
