Review: Groundup Construction Inc. was hired to build out a commercial space, I leased. Contract was signed in November 2013, no work was ever done. In fact they left garbage in the space. The [redacted] even asked me to loan him monies. I cancelled the contract and asked for my deposit back. I was given a check that ultimately was returned from the bank. I have continued to call the company but my calls go unanswered.Desired Settlement: I want back my deposit that was given as no work was ever done
