Our office was notified by Mr. [redacted]'s lienholder, Kia Motors Finance, that his vehicle was repossessed on 10/8/2014. Mr. [redacted] told our warranty administrator that the vehicle was SOL*, when in fact it's in...

Kia's possession. All refunds will be forwarded to the lienholder as per our dealer agreement with Kia Motor Finance.

Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, it did seem that [redacted], the owner was more interested in me removing my [redacted] reviews and completely declined any fault. She continued to insist that the issue was not their problem but that they would try to help me as a favor. Also no one has yet to call me about my maintenance plan.

We apologize for our delayed response and any inconvenience this may have caused. Ms. [redacted] visited the dealership to service her vehicle. During her visit she became engaged in a conversation with a consultant....

Ms [redacted] test drove a newer model vehiclle during which time she requested her credit not be ran. As the conversation progressed Ms. [redacted] inquired about payments and interest rate for the vehicle she test test dove. The consultant informed Ms. [redacted] that in order to determine that paperwork including a credit application authorizing her credit be ran be completed and signed. After signing the paperwork credit was ran and payments were offered. Ms [redacted] said she had to leave and wanted to speak to her daughter regarding trading the vehicle. As a follow up the following day Ms [redacted] stated she was no longer interested in trading her car in.
