The client did not purchase any of the recommended services. There were no records in GM system of any of these services...

being performed. The services were recommended based on age and mileage. The transmission fluid cannot even be inspected - there is no dipstick. It has to be drained.
There were absolutely no intentions to deceive the client. We suggest items, and clients have the option to decline. This client declined.
