Long waits in line, manager when asked if the bath room was available, she said no abruptly and quickly walked away and would not respond to any other questions.
To not be able to accommodate a customer with such a basic need seemed not only insensitive but a poor representation of community service and customer care.
Long time customer
Do yourself a favor and shop at the Rancho Cordova, Folsom, or Elk Grove stores because sad to say this is a very poor run store.

I have always had troubles with getting the Coupons Online. I clicked unto the $5 ones for September, and guess what? They are 4 years old ?!$%^&*() I love that Store though but with a fixed Income those Coupons would help ….
The WORST customer service. Grocery Outlet in East Pasadena CA & Costa Mesa Ca. When asking to talk to corporate, both stores said there's none. Clerk in Pasadena straight up LIED to me. The return policy is a joke. Both stores had merchandise out of date. Don't shop here, U will lose money.
Review: I was using the restroom and the light went out. I found the door in the dark and the manager who was on the other side of the door stated that I needed to leave because I screamed.Desired Settlement: The company needs to fix the lights in the restroom and I would like an apology.

Response:
In the matter of ID# [redacted], the restrooms light switches are controlled by motion detection. The person upon entering the restroom hit the light switch which in turn caused the lights not to come on. An employee was explaining this to the person. "The person began to us abusive language to[redacted]s the employee. She was informed that using abusive language in the store was not allowed. The person continued to use abusive language so she was escorted out of the store. This person continues to shop in the store at this time and will be allowed to as long as abusive language is not used. Sincerely,

Review: Sometime on Saturday 5/3/2014 I went shopping for groceries and upon payment lift the store without knowing that few items are missing not until I got to my apartment. I wanted to call but didn't find a number in the receipt instead plan to go back to the store in later time at around 4:00 to 5:00. Never got the item but was advised by the shift manager to leave my name and phone number as well photocopy the invoice and told me to wait for a call because the cashier is off duty and would take two days to wait for the camera. Never heard from them and I decided to went today 5/6/2014 at around 4:30 to 5:30 Spoke to one of employees with this regard showed the receipt and the same thing happens took my name and number and wait for a call. I went back to my apartment and about half an hour I had a call telling me to come over to the store and bring the receipt with me. As I was guided by one of the employee to the office an office manager came out told me that I chooses not to take those items and that someone else took it. I tried to explain as to why should I not taking it while in presence of other store employees but to no avail. Manager went back to the office, I went back to my apartment was so disappointed and angered and hated of what happened.Desired Settlement: Would like my items.

Response:
As per my conversation with [redacted] who is our case worker representing the Revdex.com, the following is our store policy. It is our policy when a customer states that they did not receive all of their purchased items, to ask for a copy of their receipt with the customer’s name and telephone number written on it. Our Loss Prevention/Security department will then review the transaction via video and notify the customer within 48 hours of viewing the video their findings.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that that 48 hours store policy is true for the loss prevention to call me after. They photocopy the receipt and took my telephone number. But never got a call instead I went back to the store two days after my claim and spoken to two employees about this matter then brought me to their manager office attention. The manager came out from the office telling me that I chooses not to take the items. I have not given a chance to explain of why should I do so because she back right after to the office. I turn around went home not to argue about it instead have this to the departments attention. Thanks to the responses and I will look forward for closure to this regard.
