but a lot of rice from Grocery Outlet and I'll head mold in it I take it back to the store on three different occasions cuz I kept finding different packages of it in our cupboard the store manager *** didn't care hit make any report he didn't pick the item on shelf it is still for sale there and made her family very very sick and this last time it when I tried to return the last couple bags I had I didn't know where my receipt was and he refused to even take it back

Exchange I simply asked for an exchange and I manager *** said it was carpet policy I spoke to the carpet. Office they said it was up to the store and the store is making me stand here for over an hour
Customer tried to return several things without a receipt. We exchanged the rice, and she brought back the rice expired(2/28). We did not carry the other items that she tried to return. She was here an hour because she refused to leave. We showed her that we did not carry the items she wanted to return. She also told one of our employees to tell *** that he is an #***. She called and spoke with the corporate office as well. Corporate tried to assist her, but she would not let the representative talk.
