Soooo disappointed
Good morning, I am so upset. I have sent you o less than 5 COMMUTATION Sasking for a STATUS update on orders that I have not receiv5ed since septem4ber? I use to shop with you all the time but you DON'T even respond
..I have no less than 4 orders pending UNFULFILLED from SEPTEMBER to November.

I will not take REFUND I wantwhati orders(I spent 10z of dollars that has never been fulfilled. If you can not be. Bothered to resp4ond x within the next 58 hours I will report your company y to the bbb..

I don't know what happened to your company but I have ordered from u for years and I have never had thos happen. I am completely let down y your company's disregard for orders like a sweater and coat that y the time u get uf u e er get them it will be spring. Again please respond and don't offer .e credit. I want the 4 items I ordered. I will be PUTTING IN A BBB COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

SHOPPERS BEWARE
I placed an order with Gritty Soul in May 2023 ($94). I never received my order & they will not respond to ANY communication, including the BBB. This makes my blood boil. If my mother wasn’t in bad health, I’d drive to ATL just for this. I’m beyond pissed.

Disappointed
I placed my original order pre Covid and was informed the item was no longer available and they immediately refunded me. Fast forward to 2022, I ordered a vest and a skirt set. The vest was cheap and had a different name on the label and the skirt set was thin, cheap with no label on either piece. No size description- nothing. It was just cheap material that I paid full price for. This company is a scam and I am sick that I spent nearly $200 for garbage that will be thrown in the trash. GRITTY SOUL, you should be ashamed of false advertising to people who are trying to support your business.

Preorder Delays
Every time the date come up for my order is going to be shipped out. It gets pushed out to another date with the exception of constantly reaching out to them because they are not keeping you updated on your order. I am livid about the whole situation. I just want my order.

DISAPPOINTED
I ordered the mauve jumpsuit and it arrived the day before my birthday so I was thrilled to be able to wear on my day. What a disaster. While at jazz club, went to restroom and zipper got stuck and when trying to zip back up, it would open back up. Had to go to Ross (only place open) and get jeans and tshirt. I've reached out twice and haven't heard anything. Waste of $100.

Horrible Experience
Do not order from this company. The merchandise sucks and their response is even worse than their tacky clothes. I placed an order in November and I still have not received the complete order. I have attempted to contact customer service several times and no RESPONSE. If I could give the 0 stars I would.

Very disappointed
I was blocked from posting on gritty soul fb page they said I was spreading false allocations lol look at all theses one stars I guess everyone is lying 🤔 it don’t take months to get a order delivered this by far the worst black business I know. I ordered the gritty soul outfit when it first hit the website it’s was going on 2 months still no outfit they did give me my money back but dang who order items just to receive a refund SAD. I thought I’ll give them a second chance cheap looking white dress with the colorful feathers came the following week xl fit like a medium tight around my shoulders. Ok gritty soul getting better with shipping order the crossed out jeans here we go again took dang near 3 months to arrive SMH here go my dumb butt again ordered the green sequins set order will ship 7 to 10 days order still haven’t shipped sick of these people. Ladies the best place to shop with nice clothes that will arrive the same week are the following week is PRESSEDATL MS. BLING , SWANK A POSH, RARE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE,TOUCH DOLLS. I have never had a problem with them o yea FASHION NOVA I placed a order last Thursday today is Tuesday and it’s out for delivery LADIES STAY FAR AWAY FROM GRITTY SOUL. I’m glad you added those other sites. I’ve ordered numerous times from Ms Bling, Touch Dolls & Fashion Nova. I’d been tempted to order from Swank A Posh but this experience with “Dirty” kept me from trying it. I think I will give them a shot though.

I’m glad you received your refund. They won’t even reply to my emails & they delete my comments on Facebook when I reply to other customers they’ve swindled.

They are getting really bad
I ordered a few things in 2020 and was pleased. I ordered a jumpsuit in Mar. 2021 and it never shipped. They gave me credit and I ordered other stuff with the cr no problem. I ordered a jogging suit in Oct. Never shipped I emailed and it shipped the next day got it within a week. So I thought I'd continue patronizing. Being more careful of expected ship dates. I ordered jeans stating expect to ship in 2 days and a shirt expect to ship in 4-5 days. That was 11/14 and it's not shipped yet. I emailed last week they said it would be shipped this week and it has not happened. They do this and don't want to.refund your money. This is the last straw. Keeping my hard earned money should be unlawful.

Do not order
I placed an order in April, it is now November, I am still waiting. Company does not offer refunds. Company does not reach out to you and let you know that your order is not in stock. No one calls you back. I try to support black businesses but this is horrible

Shocked
I can't believe I slipped up and didn't read the reviews before ordering. I recieved a pair of pants in the wrong size and have been waiting on 2 joggers for a month. I did get a response after complaining on social media and one of my sets I recieved today WITH stains. As I still wait on 3rd part of my order. Im really disappointed that I attempted to support this company. And im not interested in a 10/15% discount as I will not be ordering again. These mishandling of business should have automatically come with an xtra gift in the late packages. Now I see why there aren't any reviews on the social sites, because yall don't want this out in the streets that you do bad business 😒

store credit
Very disappointed, trying to support our owners. I order the Cross jeans sent them back ASAP for a larger size ( in June) now October still haven't received anything positive. I keep messaging them and they keep telling me to read return (I did) but that's not the issue the issue is store credit. There's no where on ordering on how to use it. I keep asking and no one gives me a clear answer. This has been going on since June. I have a store credit of about$90.00. I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN NEVER. 10/26/2021 Did 2 messages again today no response.

Great Experience
I ordered a top and chain vest. Within 48hours, I received an email that my order shipped, as well as tracking# and received a day early than expected...
I see all the negative reviews, but I can honestly say, my experience was great and my merchandise was as pictured. Looking to order again

Lack Communication and No Accountability
Absolutely no accountability for their actions. I was sent items that I did not order. I contacted them in good faith 3 times and sent pictures but they have totally ignored me and refuse to respond with a resolution. All I wanted was a prepaid label to return those items that was sent incorrectly and for them to send me what I paid for. This situation as I have since researched seems to be a pattern with this company. So disappointed because we work hard for our earnings. Customers should receive what was paid for. You can tell that they do not read the messages because I sent my original email with pictures. I received a simple reply, so sorry this happened to you can you send pictures. I resent pictures 3 more times and still no response. The pictures were very clear I removed items out of the plastic to take pics then added back into the plastic bags neatly and packed them securely waiting on response with prepaid label with instructions how the situation will be corrected. The communication process is none existence. All I want is what I ordered, simple because what I was sent I would have NEVER ordered, Order 49547 gritty soul please fix your mistakes

Treated Insignificantly
I ordered a Jumpsuit in December 2020 never received the jump suit started communication concerning my order in February it is now June 2021 I still have not received my item purchased nor the store credit and 10% discount that I was promised. The person responding to emails was very nonshalant and gave the impression that she really was not concerned with my issue I won'to my issue I want my money back now.

I was so excited when I found the Gritty Soul website and I immediately placed a order. I assumed it was a small business and I was happy to support them, What a disappointing mistake! I placed my order on July 20, scrunched pants, mad purple pants, lilac comeback top and the signature luxe tee. I got an email around July 26 apologizing that my order had not shipped out in time but they were working on it. They even offered a refund for it being late. I am patient and I know Covid 19 is slowing things down. Well I decided to do a second order on July 28 because some pants came back in stock that my sister wanted...huge mistake ever made!!! July 30 I received to emails that both of my orders were on the way. I got an email saying August 2 saying my first order was out for delivery BUT when I get the delivery it is just 1 item in it (lilac top) and it came via UPS. So I am waiting patiently for the rest of my order. August 5 the second order came. Well on August 5 around 2:50 pm I email the company that I have not received the rest of my first order, (scrunch pant, purple pants and luxe tee). This has been going on since that date and now it is just ridiculous! It took 2 weeks for An..... to understand I had to orders although I sent her with order numbers, descriptions and tracking numbers. She told me they were not liable. I reminded her the order never came to me. She told me maybe someone stole it off my porch. I told her it has not been delivered and to look at her tracking that I had sent her at least 6 times! I also told her that I have a camera doorbell and working from home. I contacted FedEx they said they do not have it and the company need to contact them. This woman still acted like she didn't;t understand after 3 weeks of emails. I told her I was exhausted from dealing with her and pick up the phone and call me so I can help her understand or let me speak with someone over her. She didn't instead she sends me a email that she gets it now and will have shipping email FedEx. August 20 I email this woman AGAIN!!!! This woman emailed me back and said she still have not heard back from shipping. REALLY no one is that stupid! I am beyond disappointed. When I asked for a refund (several time) she ignored me. I never write reviews but they are not even trying to fix this. They get your money and say whatever. I do not know if they ever shipped my items but I know I didn't;t get it. By the way my second order I did get I had to return and of course they gave me a store credit. I want all of my money back. They should be ashamed. I really like what they advertised and I work with a group of women who do Fashion shows every year for Breast Cancer survivals and we were hoping to wear some of the clothes from Gritty Soul line but this mess is so unprofessional. Please refund me.

I placed an order with Gritty Soul on Aug 3. My order has been in pre shipment since Aug 4. I have yet to receive my order. I would like a refund.
My order was placed on Aug 4,2020 Order # XXXXX; and has been in a pre shipment status since Aug 4, 2020. I've contacted the company numerous times by email and they keep claiming UPS has picked up my package. When entering my tracking number the status is still pre shipment which means the package hasn't been shipped. This company has several Revdex.com complaints, My concern is that the company is a scam not located in the United States.

I placed an order with this company in June. The order was just shipped August 6th.
Nearly a 2 mth delayI requested a refund which isnt be honored,
Im being forced to be stuck with an item that I no longer want. I requested a refund due to the lag in shipping. Im very upset because I try to support black business but this company does respect or have the integrity to do the correct action. No customer should forced to purchase an item that they dont because it too long for the company to deliver the purchase item. It is unacceptable that it takes nearly 2mths th received an order, especially when a courtesy refund was offer and you decided to choose the option that was given to you. I would like a refund of the item that I do not want and not a credit.

I am not interested in a store credit. I requested a refund prior to it being shipped. I asked for a refund when the items were delayed. The items were ordered in June and it is now August. If I dont receive a full refund. I will not be purchasing nothing else from you. You gave the option for a refund and that is the option that I would like to take, I have no need for your clothing items because it took too long to receive them. No one should be forced to purchase something that they no longer want.
If I do not receive a full refund, I will report your company to the Revdex.com and the Federal Trade Commission. You need to honor what was offered to your customers, which is a refund.

Online retailer misrepresentation; sham company, possibly overseas (China) fronting as BOB in Atlanta, GA, using ethnic models in order to get sales.
On April 29, 2020, I purchased online (Order #XXXXX) a pair of "stoned and distressed out denim jeans, size lrg, and "sky high ribbed tank top , size XL, with est. delivery May 29. Contacted company several times. Top was eventually received. Up until the point of this complaint filing, Jeans hasn't been received.

Desired Outcome

100% refund for jeans.

Sizing issues lack of response.
I purchased my tank top and jeans on April 23rd a pre-order . I emailed Gritty Girl Soul on April 29th because I hadnt received a shipment confirmation and I teceived an email from Quiana I was reminded to expect my shipment the week of May 29th being that it was a pre-order.
On June 6th I contacted Gritty Girl Soul again regarding my items received a response due to COVID 19 there was a delay in shipments which I understood and I also viewed the video created by the owner assuring customers they would receive their orders.
Finally on July 10th I received my order I was shocked when I saw the jeans looked much smaller than the size that I'd ordered a size medium which is what is recommended on Gritty Girl Soul size guide if you wear a size 8. I immediately reached out to them via email on July 10th asking if they had the jeans still available in a size Large? I also reached to them via Instagram messenger because when I left a comment on their Instagram page they deleted (this is what happens when I posted in the comments regarding how long it took to receive my package as well)as sizing issues to date I have not received a response to my email nor have I received a response via Instagram. After waiting patiently to receive a package more than a month after is was supposed to be sent and paying $70 for a pair jeans it seems like someone would respond to a simple question. No I did not send the jeans back because I wanted to make sure the size was available and did not want to wait another month and a half to receive another package. I have ordered Skinny Levi's
from Macy's,dress pants from New York and Company and jeans and shorts from Old Navy all in a size 8 not problems with the sizing.

Desired Outcome

I'd love to return what I have and receive these pants in a size large if available and continue to support this business. Additionally being that it took a month and a half to receive my order due to COVID 19 customers should be should be allowed at least that amount of time to return their order.

The model on the site is a size 8/10 and wearing a medium in that one, which is standard sizing for that size, and also reflected in our size chart for all other sizes. For future reference, for items that have "slight" or "no stretch" listed on the website, please order one size up if you need a little more stretch in the hip or *** areas for example.

No worries though, you can return your item(s).

This response is unacceptable at this time because I sent the pants back on August 1st sent Priority mail I contacted Gritty Girl Soul and was told the package was not in their system and it takes 3 to 4 days for processing from their warehouse. Additionally regarding sizing after reading reviews from other customers they have had the same issue with these pants being smaller than their standard size. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.
