hi this is [redacted] of thoms flowers in [redacted]...I received your letter today stating that [redacted] was unsatisfied with our service...for that I am sorry but when I asked our delivery driver...

the flowers were delived to his mom on [redacted]...if she would like new flowers that is fine I can send them up...he may have asked for them to be delivered by noon on may 13th, but due to a situation beyond our control (one of my delivery persons hurt themselves and could not work it put us behind) we were delivering until 9 pm that night to make sure that all moms got their gifts and some were not at home so we came in on our day off and made the deliveries on mothers day, and our drives as well as myself forwent mothers day with our families so everyone was happy...as for calling all day Friday, that I don't understand as his flowers were ordered and slated for delivery on Saturday why did he need to keep calling...we took approx. 400 calls that weekend so it was ringing before we could take our hand off the receiver...so not being able to get through was just an unluckey encounter...in the florist industry that was the busiest weekend of the year...and his credit card was billied [redacted] not [redacted] as stated...please let me know if [redacted] would like her flowers replaced and I will send the 2nd bouquet up with no problems at all....[redacted]
