have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I don't mind that much that I'm the Primary Leasee, my concern is more the registration issue  And you ask why I waited 6 months to report it to the Revdex.com that's because I was relying on you guys to resolve the issue and every time I contacted you guys you advised it was being taken care of which clearly wasn't true.

HelloThe customers plates have been taken care of unfortunately the NJ DMV made several errors and we are waiting on your plates they will be here this week as previously conveyed to the customer.alsoWith all due respect in the state of NY the person with the better credit is the first person and the person with less credit is the second.  The customer signed the documents over 6 months ago therefore they clearly understood.  We find it hard for them to make a complaint about something they clearly signed and was well aware of.
