Review: An invoice for 3 appliances was charged to my credit card on August *, 2013 for $4694.69. When a lower priced appliance was substituted prior to delivery, Gringer failed to credit my charge card for the $600 difference. Instead, the company applied an unexplained credit ($267.83) as well as additional unexplained charges of $283.07. Some installation charges were not applied without explanation as well. I and my decorator have asked for an explanation of all charges and credits both by phone and email letter but have received no response. I believe I may be due a credit of over $90 but cannot confirm without correct billing information.
Management has been totally unresponsive.Desired Settlement: I would like to have an explanation of charges and a credit applied if warranted.

Hi,
Attached is the invoice for [redacted] purchase date 8/*/13 delivered 9/**/13 on Invoice # [redacted].
As explained to [redacted] we do not owe her 600.00 nor did we overcharge her.
Please read the detailed explanation of changes that equal the amount that she was charged on page 2 of the attachment that comes to 4671.83.
Thanks,

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The [redacted] of Gringer did not respond to my request for more detail to the invoice. I never implied that I was owed $600. A promised credit of $718 for a change in appliance was never made to my card, but instead installation charges were never charged to my credit card. I can only assume this was done to "balance out" the credit, but no one could be bothered to explain this to me despite many requests to the salesperson and management. In addition, there were two unexplained charges on my credit card: one for $38.11 never included in the Final Invoice provided here and an explanation for the charge of $244.96, listed as simply a pencil entry on the invoice. The pencilled-in credit of $267.83 was also not explained. After polite requests for simple explanations of charges and credits, the management continues to be unresponsive, seeming to feel that they cannot be bothered with their customers once a sale has been completed. My husband and I do not feel that the Revdex.com should give positive support to a business that exhibits such poor customer service. [Your Answer Here]
