fermented and "exploded everywhere". She stated in her email that she needed to be reimbursed for the damages, but did not identify what the damages were.
The same day I responded to her, emailed her our claim form. We also mailed her a letter, a coupon to replace the product and a hard copy of our claim form for her to complete and submit for damages.
All information was cc: our Risk Management department. I checked with Risk Management today and was advised that no claim form has been submitted by the consumer.
We can take no further action if we do not receive a claim form from the consumer.
