I've Been donating for awhile and everything has been ok.. but the last 2 times showing up to donate the employees do there job but alot seem to stand around very close to me witch makes me feel like something is wrong and makes me feel very uneasy.. then they just stand there and stare at me like they are expecting me to fall out amd die right there on the bed.. I've never experienced that treatment and like I said I feel very uncomfortable donating now..

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In the paperwork I signed for the donor program there was nothing stating that I couldn't participate in a survey for a studyI had nothing to hide by releasing such information, and to request paperwork for such a survey is discriminatory in nature, and infringes upon my 4th amendment rights in regards to privacyIt is intrusive and unlawful act perpetrated by a parasitic corporation that feeds on the poor, and individuals ignorant of their rights and the law.Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, I have investigated the complaint in question and although I cannot go into specifics with the individual who made the complaint due to HIPPA regulations I can say that the facility did not do anything which would justify such a complaint The individual was seen for her appointment within minutes of arriving at the center, there was a time stamped + minute delay due the center experiencing a heavy business day Nowhere do we advertise a “guaranteed in and out time frame when coming into the business” the appointment time the individual scheduled was met and it is up to the individual to voluntarily commit to the procedure should they feel this procedure is exceeding their expected time frame The individual is free to come and go as they wish I cannot stress this enough this process is strictly voluntary The individual was compensated correctly for the amount that coincided with her donation frequency just like every other patron at our facility Rick M [redacted] Assistant Manager Biomat USA Inc

Terrible place to be. Your waiting for hours & hours to be treated like cattle. The staff is ok. The management is awful and changes every 3 months . you can hear employees talking negatively about customers & staff. Only positives are the tv's and occasionally the Wi-Fi works. Go to biolife instead.
