Review: I purchased a True Temper Weeder/hoe from [redacted] in [redacted], AZ. The tool's handle sperated from the weeder part during weeding. [redacted] says that I need to contact True Temper. I call and get a recording saying I must enter a ext, which I don't have. I have emailed them and the refuse to respond let alone make any attempt to resolve this issue. The tool clearly states a 25 year warrantyDesired Settlement: I want a replacement tool that will work longer than a year

Art R[redacted] from Ames contacted me and promised a replacement Weeding tool. The weeding tool arrived on August 1st, they only difference was the new tool has a 15 year warranty instead of the 25 year warranty I don’t feel that the shorter warranty will be a problem. I thank them for their prompt response once it reached the proper person.

Review: I have contacted Ames True Temper three times about their Lifetime Warranty on their Ames Reel Easy Hose cart with no replies back. The last time I contacted them was about a month ago. Prior to that six months ago. Basically, six months after purchasing the one hose reel the plastic started to split. Now, both hose carts have plastic splitting in the same area on the base of the cart. I would expect a hose connection point to go back but not the frame structure with a lifetime warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like the hose reels replaced as both have the same Lifetime Warranty.
