Review: I bought a Heat pump From Griffith Heating and cooling May 15 2013. I had trouble out of the unit soon after install. Mr Griffith came back and said he fixed in but the same thing happen again and continue to happen no matter how many times he came to fix it. Now I'm a year into the New heat pump and its not been a good year. When I need it the most that when it quits working. Its a new unit and right now it Is out of freon. I've call Mr Griffith and he want answer my calls nor will he return my calls. I had another company to come and check the heat pump just to make sure I wasn't just a complainter which cost me more money on the new unit. The service men said the unit had a leak because all of the freon is gone and that Mr Griffith should have put in a new Furnace. Thats the reason it doesn't work right. The furnace is to old for the heat pump. That the fan is not strong enough for the Heat Pump. All I want is for My new Heat pump to work Like it suppose to. This is not the way people should do business. Help please. Thank youDesired Settlement: He can come and take his unit back and give me a complete refund. I dont want to deal with him for any and all of the warranty work.

Review: The company installed a Trane Heat pump in July 2012. On July 7th 2013 the unit failed when a pipe ruptured dumping the coolant. The company came and recognized the issue. Since then the contractor will not answer calls from this telephone number, but answers if called from unknown number. Contractor promises to be at home "this Thursday" to fix the unit. As of this writing, it has been eight weeks since the unit failed.Desired Settlement: To have the unit repaired or replaced by another Trane Contractor and to have the warranty transferred to that Contractor. Griffith Heating and Air to pay for these repairs and replacements.
