I paid over $600 for a policy that was to serve my company for one year. The policy states that if I cancel, 90% is refundable. It does not state anything about MEP. These document attachments are not the same document I received and uploaded to this site when I filed this complaint. The insurance commissioners could not make them give me my money back because they did not break the law with insurance laws, but the agreed with me that there is a civil and moral issue to contend with.
