IN NEED OF ADVICE PLEASE????
So I have been renting at THE SOVEREIGN APARTMENTS in Keller for over a year nowI moved in last summer and immediately starting having issues with the ACThe apartment would reach mid to high 80’s and I have been putting in work orders ever since to have it fixed and they have yet to do soIn the winter my apartment would drop down to because the heater wasn’t workingMy apartment has been in the 80’s since last month and still to this day has NOT been fixed
I am completely in shock at the type of service I have been receiving hereThe manager continues to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my AC unit and there is nothing else they can doHe told me he expects his residents to live in degrees below the outside temperatureso if it’s outside I’m expected to live in an apartment that’s degrees??!?! They claim to be “LUXURY” apartments but their “solution” was to put in a WINDOW UNIT that was apparently going to cool the whole apartment but ended up making it worseI have escalated the issue but even that did not do anythingThey don’t dare give you any contact information so it’s extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone here and when you put in an emergency order the manager tells you this is not an emergency
??THEY DO NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR RESIDENTS AND I WOULD REALLY THINK TWICE ABOUT RENTING HERE??
You will lose out on money and they will not offer to compensate you for anything!!
