Review: I have been a resident of this apartment complex going on for years.i've been pretty satisfied until recently.i've had three windows broken and my townhouse over the last week from kids throwing rocks at my windows while my son is in the house He's 12 yrs old and I have a 16 month old baby. I called the apartments on May 11 I made a police report. The property manager is stating that since I don't want to press charges I have to pay for these windows. But clearly I don't know who to press charges on my windows have been broken for a week now. they haven't came to repair them I'm living in a townhouse with three broken windows into kids I don't feel safe. they won't let me break my lease and ask me to pay for something that me or my son didn't do. Then I have dogs coming to bark at me in the mornings on my porch and we're not even allowed to have pets on the property. But some of the residents have animals anyway but they act like they don't care. I just feel like I shouldn't be responsible for the windows or I want my lease broken so I can move outDesired Settlement: I would like my lease broken or not being responsible for paying for windows that we didn't break
