We are writing in response to the complaint you brought to our attention
We currently however have no record of the customer or Angie's Lists attempts to contact us regarding the electrical work in questionWe also
are in constant communication with Angie's List in regards other projects
For clarity:
This was the work requested and finished according to customer signed work order
Angie's List Big Deal Work: (Completed)
(Deal defined as a one day, hour, do as much as we can dealWhen customer or hours is done- deal is doneAny work left unfinished or unresolved is the responsibility of the customerThe customer has the opportunity to purchase another deal or go under contract and have the work completed.)
Change out Master Bath vanity light Change out main bath vanity light Change out entry outside switch to timer
Troubleshoot and repair master hall 3-way
Install outside garage sconce lights
Replace outside can light bulbs
Attempt to locate other side of flood light 3way systemReplace additional outside flood light bulbs
Additional Contract Work: (in addition to Angie's List Deal)
Entry Area: Add one chandelier and add one single pole switch in entry areaIncludes mounting of new chandelier which much be onsite at date of install
Dining room: Add one chandelier and add one single pole switch in dining area centered
on existing recessed lights
Includes mounting of new chandelier which much be onsite at date of install
(Contract given to customer on 1/28/- signed by customer 4/3/15)
No chandeliers available - cover plates provided
No refund available, contract completed and copy provided upon requestAdditional fee's will be incurred to return to install missing items per contractWe will be contacting the customer to resolve the installation issue
