They basically STOLE $30.50 of my money and refuse to give it back . I purchased round trip tickets on 3/12/15. I only used one way from Philly to Allentown, and I sent in the unused original return ticket for a refund of $30.50. I was told "5" different times over a 4 month period that it'll take 7-14 business days. One month went by. Nothing. I called again, and the same thing happened. I waited another month, nothing. After so many times of this song and dance I tried contacting them through the Revdex.com to resolve it before I left any negative feedback, and they completely! ignored the request. Now i'm going on social media and letting everyone know they are thieves and liars. NEVER AGAIN Will I use their service.
