This company paved a driveway for my parents and he did a terrible job. They of course paid him in cash. My family called the owner several times to complain about the terrible job they had done and was promised that they would fix the problem. It was never resolved. I would like to spread the news to others that need a driveway to NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to use the Greyhound website to buy a ticket for 7/2/2015. I had no luck so I had to talk to an incompetent human. The person that I spoke with could barely speak English and in the end did not get the name or the date correct on the "E" ticket. I tried to contact someone to correct the above errors but had no luck I tried approx. 6 company numbers in Dallas but the recording kept saying that I needed an access code.. Since the ticket is non refundable my disabled son in law, for whom the ticket was purchased, had to change his schedule.

Review: I purchased a ticket for my brother([redacted]). He went to the station early cause he had lost his ticket. He was not able to travel because they claim they couldn't reprint his ticket. This just doesn't make sense since the ticjet was in the system. I received the number from customer service.Desired Settlement: I want a refund cause he should have been able to receive a duplicate.
