Warning Warning Warning!!!! Do not use this company! They took eight months to complete a job and refused to answer my phone calls and texts. They installed floors in 3/4 of my villa but left the finish work undone. All sorts of promises to come back and finish and finally did in October. The project started in March. Gave them a check for half of the job at the beginning of the project and just now tried to pay the rest with a charge card. They refused to take the charge card even though quite clearly their ads state they except charge cards. My husband went to talk to the owner Kendrall who was completely and utterly rude to my husband!!! The quality of there work is excellent but dealing with the actual company is nothing more than frustrating. I will never recommend Metro Tile and will continue to bad mouth them to anyone who cares to listen.
