Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am unsure of how to attach the text from my phone I can how ever forward them to you if you would like just send me a number I can tell you he never said that they would not hold the car They did confirm a date to come sign papers We were under the belief that they had started the paper work I do have a text with the name of the company we would be financing through and the rate and monthly payment At this point I have purchased a new car from another dealer but I would like to make sure that they do not treat other customers they way that they did us Sincerely, [redacted]
