Do not go here go anywhere else I used them last minute at a crooked dealership so don’t suprise me that the insurance they provided was crooked as well anyway they took money from my account but said my insurance was canceled and no good the lady was very ignorant n rude that I talked to very bad buisness very bad people do not give them any money at all they will steal it and lie you save yourself the hassle go anywhere else there’s tons of places

Review: This agent that sold me Progressive Insurance will not assist me in navigating a challenging and difficult situation that occurred because of their mishaps. I had an accident and didn't know I was not insured until I tried to file my complaint and they told me it was cancelled because this agent did not send them a clear copy of my drivers license. When I tried to call them to assist me they told me to call Progressive, however when u called Progressive they told me to call my agent. The woman I spoke to in 11/7/13 @ 11am was rude and inconsiderate. She then hung up on me. I tried to call back and it went to a recording that they were busy and to call back later.Desired Settlement: Because my policy was cancelled because of Gretz Insurance neglect on sending Progressive a clear copy of my drivers license I had to pay an additional $370 to reinstate the policy. Meanwhile Progressive Insurance still kept auto deductions from my account for the policy. I guess this means that Progressive and Gretz are both at fault for bad company policies.
