As a loyal customer of Greta's Organic Gardens, I ordered 22 packets of vegetable seeds online through their website and received a confirmation email from this business on Jan 20, 2020. On January 23, 2020, I received an email stating that my order #*** was on its way. On January 30, 2020, I emailed Greta's to inform them that I did not receive the seeds yet and asked for a postal tracking number. Greta's replied to my email stating that my order was shipped Jan 23, *** regular mail, no tracking. On February 4, I emailed Greta's stating that I still have not received my seeds yet. I am getting concerned at this point. All I know is that I paid $95 for seeds and I have no seeds. N0 RESPONSE FROM GRETA'S. On February 5, I sent another email to Greta's stating "I sent you an email yesterday about the seeds that I paid for and did not receive by mail. Still no seeds in the mail today. I would like to request a refund please. I am a loyal customer and have supported your business for several years. Please respond to my email please." NO RESPONSE FROM GRETA'S. My final email went out to Greta's on February 7, 2020 stating "Still no seeds in the mail today Greta and no response from you. Very poor customer service and I’m out $95.00." NO RESPONSE FROM GRETA'S. As I submit this complaint with the ***, it is February 14, 2020 and I have yet to receive my seeds in the mail or a refund from Greta's or any type of resolution. Greta's has washed her hands of this matter. She has been unable to provide any sort of tracking information as apparently the seeds were sent by regular mail.
This case is against Greta's Organic Garden Center by ***. I would like to have this file temporarily closed as I called *** today to have the charge of $95.01 removed from my account and they have commenced an investigation. I felt that this would be a quicker way to resolve the situation. I will let the *** know if I am not successful going through my credit card and if need be, I will contact the *** to reopen my file. Thank you.
