I gave Mr [redacted] an estimate for his roof and as he stated about a year went by with no communication between us I wasn`t really sure if I would be Doing the job When he called and asked me when I was going to start I told him I wasn`t sure if I could in any reasonable amount of time due to the loss of some employees He then said he was going to call a lawyer and sue meIt was then I said, as he quoted me, I would not be doing the job as it would be a bad working relationshipI went on to give him the names of a few other local contractors, since Mr, [redacted] does not live in the area I would never intentionally try to make it bad by not doing the job as he saidI tried to do the opposite by helping him find someone else to get it it doneFurthermore, we never had a written or verbal srart date Sincerly,
